The Civil Nuclear Police Federation offers this package for the financial security the benefits provide to members. The objective is to supply a package to help look after Officers' accident and 'critical illness' needs throughout their service with the Force; holiday travel insurance is also included.

You get a range of benefits for just one basic monthly contribution, paid by direct debit. Premiums and the benefits insured may vary from time to time with the agreement of the Defence Police Federation, who lead the scheme; the current premium is Ł8.00 per month.

Cover is FREE OF CHARGE to new recruits during initial training, so long as they have returned a signed direct debit application.

The scheme is designed to meet the demands and needs of an Officer who requires personal accident, travel and critical illness insurance in accordance with the scheme terms. It is your responsibility to make sure the cover is adequate for you.
