Colleagues, Please be advised that following the Civil Nuclear Police Federation's proposal the Chief Constable as the Accounting officer has authorised that all federated ranks receive a pay award of 2.5% in accordance with the Police Negotiating Board circular 07/04. ( with effect from 01/12/07 ) This award is without prejudice in relation to any outcome of the pending judicial review. I have been advised by HR that in a forth coming HR Bulletin the new pay rates for Civil Nuclear Constabulary Police Officers shall be published.
